Delivery and payment
You can place an order around the clock. It is processed during the day
(excluding weekends and holidays), after which the manager will contact you to clarify
the availability of the ordered goods, the address of the transport company’s warehouse and delivery time.

Delivery of goods in Ukraine is carried out:
Any courier service that delivers to your region. In
each specific case, the cost of delivery is calculated individually and depends on the
distance of the address from the production or warehouse.
With the help of Nova Poshta delivery, you can receive the goods at a branch in any city of Ukraine. Targeted delivery by Nova Poshta courier is carried out to the recipient’s entrance/gate.
Upon dispatch of the order, you will be notified by SMS with the TTN number (you can easily track the status of the parcel)

The goods that are in stock are delivered within one to three
days. In the case of custom-made goods, it will be delivered within the time frame agreed with the manager.

- Cash on delivery – at the branch of the transport company that delivers the goods.
- Any bank of Ukraine according to the invoice.
- To the courier, during delivery (after receiving an invoice and a bill of lading).

- When ordering the delivery of goods by courier service (Nova Poshta) – upon receipt, be sure to check the availability of all the goods according to your order, as well as its appearance (integrity of factory packaging, facades and glass elements for: chips, cracks, scratches…). All orders are checked by our employees and employees of “Nova Poshta” upon shipment. Also, all shipments are insured, and the carrier is fully responsible for delivering the parcel to you undamaged. In case of damage to the goods, or incomplete completeness – it is necessary to draw up an act (claim) in the presence of an employee of the carrier company. Be sure to let us know what happened to any number from the contacts section. If defects or incomplete equipment were noticed later, the carrier may refuse compensation.
- The goods are stored at the branch of the transport company for 5 days, after which they are automatically returned to the sender.
- When ordering the delivery of goods by our transport or “pickup” – upon receipt, be sure to check the availability of all the goods according to the order form, as well as its appearance (integrity of the factory packaging, facades and glass elements for: chips, cracks, scratches…). In case of damage to the goods, or incomplete packaging, you must inform the courier and contact us using one of the numbers from the contacts section.
