
Return policy
Returns can be made in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.
You can return the goods under the conditions:
- The goods were not in use;
- The presentation of the product is preserved;
- All original tags, seals, labels, labels, etc. are preserved;
- The integrity of the product and packaging is not compromised;
- The warranty card (if there is a warranty for the product) and a document confirming payment have been saved;
- The product is not included in the list of goods of inadequate quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994).
The procedure for returning goods:
- Check that the product is ready for return in accordance with the conditions above.
- Please send a scanned copy or photo of the completed and signed application and proof of payment to team@woodsun.ua or via the support form.
- Within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the return request, the manager of the online store will contact you to agree on the details of the return.
- Send your product and the original return request to the address agreed with the manager.
- After receiving and checking the goods for compliance with the return requirements, you will be refunded within 10 days.

Return of goods of inadequate quality
Returns can be made in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, within the warranty period for the product.
You can return the goods under the conditions:
- The goods are of inadequate quality;
- Confirmation of the materiality of the product defect from the manufacturer;
- The warranty card and a document confirming payment have been saved;
- The integrity of the package was not violated;
- The warranty period is still valid.
The procedure for returning goods:
- Please note: Check the product’s readiness for return in accordance with the conditions above.
- Please send a scanned copy or photo of the completed and signed application and proof of payment to team@woodsun.ua or via the support form.
- Within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the return request, the manager of the online store will contact you to agree on the details of the return.
- Send your product and the original return request to the address agreed with the manager.
- After receiving and checking the goods for compliance with the return requirements, you will be refunded within 10 days.
The client may be refused to return the goods if the return conditions established by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” are not met .
The consumer will be compensated only for the cost of the goods of proper/inadequate quality, the cost of delivery will not be refunded.
The funds will be returned in the manner and in the currency of payment for the goods (unless otherwise provided by the bank issuing your bank payment card) with which they were purchased.
